      Separating water and contaminants
      • Material is fed into the unit from the bottom and transported upwards by throwing paddles mounted on the internal rotor.
      • As it moves upward, the material is repeatedly accelerated against the surrounding screen basket, providing intensive cleaning and removing water, paper fibres, sand and other contaminants.
      • Screen cleaning is achieved via water injection through perforated pipes with specialised nozzles, enabling reliable operation even with service water and it prevents blockage of the openings.

      Product highlights

      Superior screening performance

The enlarged and optimised screen area ensures a significantly higher separation efficiency. More precise screening improves the removal of unwanted particles and boosts overall process performance.

      Robust stainless-steel construction

All key components (rotor, screen plates and housing) are manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This robust design ensures reliable operation even when processing aggressive or high-stress materials.

      Optimised maintenance

Easy-to-replace screens and rotor paddles minimise downtime and make servicing particularly straightforward. Gas-spring-assisted
access panels open and close effortlessly, ensuring fast, safe and convenient maintenance.

      Advanced cleaning and drying technology

The system delivers powerful cleaning performance with both hot and cold water, ensuring high material purity. An optimised number
and arrangement of paddles ensures highly effective drying and results in consistently superior output quality.
