Sometimes it takes additional explanations, more time or someone who truly understands where you are getting stuck. That is why our trainees have the opportunity to make use of coaching for learning difficulties – a supportive format that encourages, creates clarity and strengthens self-confidence. The coaching is supported by dedicated working students from scientific degree programmes who contribute their specialist knowledge and perspectives.
“We believe in the strengths of every individual and help to unfold them.” This motto of our training center fits not only perfectly with the International Day of Education which took place on 24 January – it is lived throughout the entire year!
