Working Student – Human Resources / HR Management (all genders)
Your tasks
With us, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources. You'll get insights into all areas of HR management while becoming an integral part of our team. Whether you're a full-time employee or a student, we work closely together, support one another, and strive toward shared goals. - You will contribute to a variety of current HR projects (e.g., organizational development, employer branding, and learning & development) and support their operational implementation.
- You will support our recruitment activities by managing the application process and maintaining close communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- You will organize job interviews and have the opportunity to participate in and observe them.
- You will coordinate events and networking formats for students within the company and help foster an active student community.
- You will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in preparing various HR-related documents, gaining valuable insights into employment law and HR processes.
- You will support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as the planning and execution of onboarding and orientation events for new team members in Germany and around the world.
- You will research HR trends and people-related topics and contribute your own ideas to our HR initiatives.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled at a university (e.g., Business Administration, International Management, Educational Sciences, or a related field). More importantly, you have a genuine interest in Human Resources and people management.
- You are available to support our HR team for approximately 15–20 hours per week starting around September 2026.
- Initial practical experience, for example through an internship, would be an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a team and are eager to gain insight into the full range of HR activities.
- You like taking ownership of tasks and maintain an organized and structured approach to your work.
- With your open and friendly personality, you are a great point of contact for both candidates and employees.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- In addition to German, you can communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
