Your tasks
- Internal handling of inquiries, normal spare parts, spare part packages and overhaul package for customers
- Process quotation and orders in sales system including follow-up delivery time
- Maintain customer satisfaction related to spare parts inquiries
- Coordinates spare parts activities and work closely with Project Management, Service Team, Material -Management Team and Finance Team
- Provide support to Sales Managers and related teams
- Handle other relevant tasks assigned by superior
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordinator field
- Good knowledge in SAP (preferable)
- Fluent in English language for business communication (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge in Korean language preferable
- Willing to work in Bangna area
